A: Email samples@bharatpathexim.com with your company name, target market, and product interest (Makhana/Honey). We ship 250-500g samples via courier (freight on buyer account). Sample cost refunded with first order.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Makhana: 500kg-1MT (trial) | Honey: 1MT (trial). Container loads (15-20 MT) for established supply agreements.
Q: Do you handle export documentation and compliance?
A: Yes. We provide FDA/FSMA (USA), EU Phytosanitary, Halal (GCC), Organic (USDA/EU), and all statutory export documents (CoA, CoO, Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate).
Q: Can you supply under our private brand?
A: Yes. White-label/private-label available with MOQ 1 MT and 30-day lead time. Provide artwork in AI/PDF format.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: L/C at sight, 30-60 day T/T for established buyers, advance payment for trial orders. Terms negotiable based on order value.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes. Primary markets: USA, Canada, EU, UAE, Japan, Australia, UK, South Korea. We quote FOB, CIF, or DDP terms based on your port.
